iMedX is proud to announce its formal endorsement by Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora as one of only two Ambient AI Scribe tools approved for trialling within public health services across the country. This endorsement follows a rigorous review by the National Artificial Intelligence and Algorithm Expert Advisory Group (NAIAEAG), focusing on privacy, security, and safety standards.

Through its exclusive partnership with DeliverHealth,iMedX brings the InstaNote functionality delivered via the eSOne platform to New Zealand clinicians. InstaNote offers AI-driven medical scribing and ambient documentation designed to streamline clinical workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance patient-clinician interactions. Existing eSOne customers can activate it in their profiles immediately.

"This endorsement reflects the high standards and clinical value iMedX and DeliverHealth deliver together for customers in New Zealand," said Alex Zacher, Managing Director of iMedX Australia and New Zealand. "We're excited to support Health NZ's digital transformation and improve documentation efficiency for healthcare professionals nationwide and we can't wait to start"

"Our joint InstaNote solution empowers clinicians to spend more time with patients and less on data entry," added Sasanka Yella, Chief Executive of DeliverHealth. "We are committed to enabling smarter, safer, and more human- centred healthcare experiences and are thrilled with the work iMedX is doing in the APAC region."

Health NZ's endorsement applies specifically to enterprise AI Scribe tools that have passed NAIAEAG review. iMedX now is one of only two vendors authorised for evaluation and implementation across the public health system.

The InstaNote functionality is currently available for early access trial by Health NZ services. Health professionals interested in participating are encouraged to contact iMedX directly for onboarding and support in their Health Service.
