As part of mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023, Huawei held a roundtable for medical media on "Accelerate the Digital Journey of Healthcare, Create New Value Together." Xia Zun, president of Huawei's global public sector customer service division, unveiled Huawei's four scenario-based healthcare solutions and announced the first online presentation of smart hospitals at Huazhong University of Science and Technology Hospital in Shenzhen, which is open to customers outside of China for the first time.

Xia Zun stated the following: "The digital transformation of healthcare is entering an era of intensive development. New digital technologies such as 5G, F5G, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and cloud computing, together with medical technology, support innovation in the field of healthcare and contribute to the acceleration of its development. Fully optical medical imaging for viewing three-dimensional images

Huawei's fully optical medical imaging solution can upload thousands of images in seconds and reconstruct the image in three-dimensional mode with 4K resolution, enabling fast, stable, and intelligent interactions.

Digital solution for pathological anatomy allows you to view more than 1000 slices in seconds 

Huawei's digital solution for pathological anatomy, based on Huawei OceanStor Pacific's distributed storage and lossless compression algorithms, accelerates the storage and querying of pathological data, saving more than 30% of storage space.

Smart Ward solution for intelligent and wireless management of wards and services

Huawei's Smart Ward system, which uses 5G, IoT and Wi-Fi technologies, helps hospitals reduce management costs and improve the patient experience through the application of IoT solutions in healthcare, including monitoring intravenous fluids, preventing infant abduction, etc.

Intelligent ICT infrastructure in hospitals for fast, secure and durable systems
