Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) today announced that NTC Srl will deploy Veeva's multichannel CRM solution in Italy and Spain. Veeva CRM will enable NTC's sales teams to connect more effectively with medical professionals, both in person and through digital channels, accelerating NTC's path to digital excellence.
NTC will replace its existing CRM system with an advanced solution that will allow sales teams to collaborate more effectively and gain greater insight into customer activity. With Veeva CRM, NTC's field teams can track their performance, view marketing results, and quantify their impact for continuous improvement. The field service also has access to real-time on-site information through Veeva CRM MyInsights to deepen relationships with physicians by getting the information they need at the right time and on their preferred device.
